As a former collegiate football and lacrosse player, Allister has a passion for sports medicine. He brings his active mindset to the clinic each day, helping his patients recover and return to their favorite activities, whether it’s competitive sports, hiking or gardening.

Christopher Overfield LMP

Christopher earned his license requirements through Bellevue Massage School and has been working closely with Physical Therapists in the Snohomish area for over 15 years.

His unique combination of Myofascial Release and Cranio/Sacral techniques in a medical-based massage gently allow the body to release tension for an increase in mobility and function to get you back to your daily routine.

He enjoys working with a wide range of ages from 4 week old infants to people in their nineties, as his technique is gentle enough for all ages.

Outside of the office, Christopher can be found traveling around the globe, gardening, raising chickens, playing with his two dogs and spending quality time with family.

Mary Friedman MSPT

Mary earned her Master’s degree in physical therapy from Boston University and has been practicing for over 20 years. Mary has experience in treating all types of musculoskeletal problems. Her rehabilitation approach focuses of patient education, manual therapy techniques and exercise to achieve patient’s goals for return to functional daily activities, work, and recreation. Mary is certified in Modern Management of the Older Adult through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Outside of work she enjoys CrossFit, running and hiking.
