Shortly after, he attended Husson University in Bangor, Maine where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2021.
While attending Franklin Pierce University, he worked with the athletic training staff and supervised practice sessions and games for several sports teams as a student athletic trainer. Cody is passionate about staying up to date with new research so his patients are receiving the most current evidence-based individualized treatments. Cody has used this research to conduct several presentations to colleagues on topics such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Cervical Radiculopathy, and the application of KT tape to improve postural stability in stroke survivors. Cody has also completed a 20 hour kinesiotaping certification making him a certified kinesiotape practitioner, allowing him to further help improve pain and restore optimal function for his patients.
When Cody is not treating in the clinic, he enjoys playing soccer, hiking, swimming, and exploring the beautiful state of Washington with his wife and dog.
